during my stay, I appreciated that the hotel was a short walk to several stunning beaches, including platja del Carregador, and also had easy access to the vibrant dining scene at Puerto Portals, perfect for leisurely evening strolls.

I had an amazing stay, the garden landscape was stunning, and the breakfast buffet offered such a fantastic variety! the pool bar service was quite slow, taking too long to get a drink.

Staying in a beautifully designed room with breathtaking views made for a wonderful getaway. The butler service was incredibly attentive, helping arrange every request seamlessly. Dining was another highlight, particularly the impressive breakfast buffet that catered to diverse tastes. While the location offered easy access to stunning nearby beaches, the pool service could have been quicker during peak hours, and there were some noise issues from families in adjacent areas.

The resort provides exceptional accessibility features, making it easy for individuals with mobility needs to navigate the premises. The spacious room we stayed in offered seamless access, and the staff was attentive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The beautiful landscaped gardens provide a relaxing atmosphere, and the gourmet quality of the food at the restaurant was a delightful surprise.

the st regis was an amazing experience! the location is perfect, just a short distance from port portals, and the nearby beaches are breathtaking. our grand deluxe twin room was spacious and super comfy. The butler service really stood out. they were attentive and made our stay more enjoyable. also, the serene atmosphere by the garden made for a delightful retreat.

Had an amazing time with friends! The butler service was truly top-notch and made our stay so much easier. We enjoyed a lovely dinner at the Aqua Restaurant and sipped on cocktails at the Mar Sea Club with stunning views. Easy access to beautiful beaches really added to our trip, and the breakfast options were a hit with everyone in our group.

One downside was that there was some confusion about the hotel car charges after we assumed it was complimentary. This caught us off guard when checking out and put a bit of a damper on our overall experience.

This place is truly magical! My butler was super helpful, even set me up with a boat trip that was an unforgettable experience. The breakfast was top-notch, had so many options to choose from. I just wished the pool bar offered quicker service, it took ages to get a drink during peak times.
